Overall Role

Support the mission of VMCC to provide key compounds that validate Michigan investigators drug discovery projects. Conduct analysis and experiments on organic substances. Synthesis, isolation and purification of new organic compounds. This includes synthetic design, procuring cost effective starting materials, and troubleshooting/optimizing reactions by identification of side products.
