Postdoctoral Collegiate Fellows Program
The College of Pharmacy is pleased to invite you to apply to the Postdoctoral Collegiate Fellows Program (PCFP). The primary goal of this program is to prepare future faculty in STEM and establish a pathway for scholars interested in a career in academia whose work will contribute to the academic community. We recognize that the inclusion of scholars who represent a broad array of life experiences and perspectives enhances the quality of the intellectual environment for all in STEM.
The program is designed for recent PhD and PharmD graduates who will devote their time to pursuing independent research, as well as participate in pedagogical and professional development activities.
Expectations of Fellows are:
- Be in residence and participate in the academic life at the campus of their postdoctoral appointment
- Meet regularly with faculty mentor
- Discuss working arrangement and identify goals (long/short term)
- Develop an individualized development plan (IDP) with mentor
- Attend pedogogical and professional development programs
