Eligibility
The Pharmacy Community College Connect program is for students from Tribal and Community Colleges.
Application
Before applying, we encourage you to look at what information, questions, and materials are required within the application process.

The deadline to apply for the Summer of 2023 is March 6, 2023 at 11:59PM (EST).
The application will ask for a variety of information about yourself, including but not limited to:
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Citizenship
- Race/Ethnicity
- Contact Information
If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
In order to complete the application, you must submit a transcript. It is best to have this ready before starting the application, and it can be submitted as an attachment in the application or sent to us electronically at pharmacy.pc3@umich.edu.
An unofficial transcript copy is best, and can be in a file format or as a screenshot.
If you have attended multiple colleges or universities, you will need to submit a transcript for each one.
There will be two open-ended response questions.
- Personal Essay: In 2-3 paragraphs, introduce yourself and address the following questions:
- How would you describe yourself? How would others describe you?
- What exposure have you had to the field of pharmacy and how has this influenced you?
- What unique skills, qualities, or life experiences would you bring to the health professions?
- What are your goals as a health professional?
- Why do you want to participate in the Pharmacy Community College Connect program?
- Extracurricular Activities: Please share with us any extracurricular activities that you are a part of (e.g., sports, hobbies, organizations).
