Michael Kenes is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy and the Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in the Critical Care Medicine Unit at Michigan Medicine.
Dr. Kenes recieved his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Illinois Chicago and then completed his Pharmacy Practice Residency at the Cleveland Clinic and his Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Kenes has previously served as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in the medical intensive care unit at Wake Forest Baptist Health. He attained Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy in 2014 and Critical Care Pharmacy in 2016. Dr. Kenes is actively involved in the Society of Critical Care Medicine and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy. His primary areas of research include critical care phamacotherapy and exploring ways to improve patient-centered outcomes during and after critical illness.
