College of Pharmacy Expectations of Students
Summarized below are some of the College's expectations of students in the classroom with links to the full documents.
Academic Integrity and Professionalism:
Students are expected to abide by the College of Pharmacy Academic and Professional Conduct Policy. Academic integrity includes, but is not limited to, procedures expected of students while completing assignments or taking an in-class exam/quiz. Additional details can be found in the document, Guidelines for Academic Integrity. Students are also expected to act in a professional manner at all times, including during class (arriving on time for classes and exams, refraining from talking and other disruptive behaviors during class).
Attendance:
Attendance at all regularly scheduled classes, laboratories, examinations, and experiential education rotations is expected. If a student misses a quiz or an in class assignment due to an approved absence (defined as one that has gone through the approval process in Student Services), the student will be required to complete an additional assignment in place of the material they missed. Assignments cannot be made up for unexcused absences. Further details can be found in the PharmD Program Attendance Policy.
