Our preferred method of contact is through our request ticketing system, Footprints. By emailing [email protected] from an @umich or @med.umich.edu addresss, a ticket will automatically be created for us to communicate with you about any issues or requests.In Person:
Our office is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are located at 1019 Pharmacy BLDG. Drop-ins are welcome during normal business hours, but please be aware that we triage incoming requests and may not be able to provide immediate assistance.By Phone:

Technicians are on hand to answer phone calls at (734)-764-4357. Better referred to as 734-764-HELPNote: The 4-HELP phoneline will contact the MiWorkspace Support line at Neighborhood IT. If your computer request is out of the ordinary, they will create a request ticket that will be transferred straight to the COP-ITS Office.
