The University of Michigan Frankel Cardiovascular Center Heart Failure team, which includes Dr. Mike Dorsch, Clinical Associate Professor at the College of Pharmacy, Dr. Barry Bleske, Associate Professor of Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacist, and Todd Koelling, Professor of Internal Medicine, recently created a mobile application for the education of heart failure patients.

  • Overview of heart failure
  • Medications used in heart failure and their side effects
  • Information on how to follow a sodium restriction
  • Information on how to follow a fluid restriction
  • Educational videos
