Applicants will be reviewed according to their potential for success in an academic career and potential to contribute to higher education with regards to diversity, equity, and inclusion in scholarship, and/or teaching, and/or service. 

Applications will be reviewed by faculty in the relevant academic department(s)/program(s), as well as a college selection committee and academic dean(s).
