  • Getting Facilities & Classroom Help

    By Email:
    Our preferred method of contact is through our request ticketing system, Footprints. By emailing [email protected] from an @umich or @med.umich.edu addresss, a ticket will automatically be created for us to communicate with you about any issues or requests.

    In Person:
    Our office is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are located at 1019 Pharmacy BLDG. Drop-ins are welcome during normal business hours, but please be aware that we triage incoming requests and may not be able to provide immediate assistance.

    By Phone:
    We are on hand to answer phone calls at (734)-615-6241.

    By Pager:
    This number should be used for emergency or classroom purposes only: (734)-763-7264.

    Our office is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are located at B018 Pharmacy BLDG. (Please call us or email us to set up an appointment; see below. 

    By Phone:
    Technicians are on hand to answer phone calls at (734)-764-4357. Better referred to as 734-764-HELP    

    Note: The 4-HELP phoneline will contact the MiWorkspace Support line at Neighborhood IT. If your computer request is out of the ordinary, they will create a request ticket that will be transferred straight to the COP-ITS Office.

    Classroom Audio-Visual Support:
    LSA Technology Services is our front-line support for audio-visual support in our classrooms.  734-615-0100 Option 1
