Postdoctoral Collegiate Fellows Program

The College of Pharmacy is pleased to invite you to apply to the Postdoctoral Collegiate Fellows Program (PCFP). The primary goal of the PCFP is to increase representation of future faculty in STEM. We aim to establish a pipeline of scholars interested in a career in academia, and whose work will enhance the diversity of the academic community. We recognize that the inclusion of scholars who represent a broad array of life experiences and perspectives enhances the quality of the intellectual environment for all in STEM.

The program is designed for recent PhD and PharmD graduates who will devote their time to pursuing independent research, as well as participate in pedagogical and professional development activities. 

 

Expectations of Fellows are:

• Be in residence and participate in the academic life at the campus of their postdoctoral appointment
• Meet regularly with faculty mentor
  • Discuss working arrangement and identify goals (long/short term)
  • Develop an individualized development plan (IDP) with mentor
• Attend pedogogical and professional development programs
