FMAP

To predict formation of stable α-helices and β-sheets by peptides in water, micelles, and lipid bilayer, we have developed a new FMAP (Folding of Membrane-Associated Peptides) method and implemented it in a FMAP web server (Fig.3). The method combines our thermodynamic model of helix-coil transition and the PPM 2.0.
