The PPC will train students and postdocs across healthcare disciplines in the best practices for treating infants, children and youth with complex chronic respiratory and sleep-related conditions. 

Dr. Stringer is a mentor and collaborator for the fellowship program, helping train the next generation of medical researchers by sharing her perspective on therapeutics in pulmonary critical care research.

Dr. Choe developed the pharmacist-centric care model in 1999 – embedding pharmacists in primary care clinics and retail pharmacies to help patients control chronic conditions like hypertension.

This SBM fellowship is not only a recognition of Dr. Shiyanbola’s hard work but an opportunity to mentor early-career investigators. 

Dr. Phan’s dedication to improving pediatric health outcomes, particularly in pulmonology, and her passion for mentorship and education have earned her this prestigious honor.

This is awarded to APhA members for exemplary professional achievements in pharmacy practice and outstanding service to the profession.
