Hae Mi Choe, PharmD, a trailblazer in pharmacy practice, passed away on Saturday, July 12, after a courageous battle with an aggressive form of leukemia.

This initiative partners with tribal communities to improve health outcomes through culturally aligned, community-centered care.

Preceptors play an integral role in mentoring PharmD students throughout their rotations – providing real-life, hands-on experiences in health systems across the country. 

Dr. Beleh is a two-time winner of this award, previously receiving the recognition in 2019.

The College’s Community Health and Engagement team will accept the award at AACP’s Annual Meeting in July.

The College of Pharmacy has launched a newly designed website aimed at enhancing user experience and telling the story of the College’s top-nationally ranked programs. 

Both chair appointments begin on September 1, 2024.

The BSPS program prepares students to pursue a career in healthcare or research.

She is a two-time winner who previously received the award in 2010 and was a finalist for the honor in 2020 and 2022.
