Dr. Antoinette B. Coe is Assistant Professor of Clinical Pharmacy with extensive training on improving the care and aging trajectory for older adults by preventing iatrogenic harm from medications, decreasing inappropriate medication use, and mitigating medication-related health disparities. Her research interests include:

  • Strategies to improve transitions of care and medication use in high-risk older adults
  • Implementation and dissemination of pharmacist-provided comprehensive medication reviews to ensure safe and effective medication use in older adults
  • Impact of pharmacists' care on health outcomes in innovative, interprofessional patient care models
  • Strategies and policy which address health disparities to improve health and medication-related outcomes in vulnerable populations
  • Interprofessional collaborative care and education impact on patients, healthcare professionals, and student outcomes
