Title: Developing siRNA Conjugates for
Arthritic Joint and Deep Brain Gene Silencing
Abstract: The Duvall Advanced Therapeutics Laboratory (ATL) specializes in molecular engineering of peptides and RNAs for pharmacokinetic modulation and disease targeting, in addition to innovation of antioxidant polymeric biomaterials for sustained drug release and tissue repair. This talk will discuss our work on development of short interfering RNA conjugates that function “carrier-free” for treatment of osteoarthritis and for homogenous penetration and silencing in the deep brain.
