Role Overview and Bio
Postdoctoral Research Fellow. Ph.D. trained preclinical oncology scientist with 5+ years of experience designing and executing research studies focused on cancer biology, therapeutic development, targeted drug delivery, and antibody-based therapeutics. Experienced in mammalian and primary cell culture, tissue dissociation, cell-based assays, Western blot, ELISA, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), radioimmunotherapy, nanomedicine, and bioconjugation. Demonstrated ability to independently design experiments, develop and optimize protocols, troubleshoot complex experimental challenges, analyze biological data, and communicate scientific findings to multidisciplinary teams. Experienced in managing multiple concurrent research projects and establishing standardized workflows to improve reproducibility, data quality, and experimental efficiency.
