Letter from the Dean: June 2021

June 11, 2021

Dear alumni, students, and friends,

These challenging times can bring out the Leaders and Best. As our students and faculty have demonstrated, there are always opportunities to use our knowledge and skills to better our community, country, and global human health. We also celebrate the members of our community that we lost this year. It is because of their foresight that we are an internationally-renowned leader today. Ronnie Creswell, Norman Ho, John Topliss, and Joe Williams will be missed.

I know this year has had its peaks and valleys, and I am hopeful that we are headed toward a fall semester safely back on campus. I know I’ve missed seeing students’ faces in the classroom, saying hello to my co-workers in the hall, and connecting in person with alumni.

Wishing you a healthy and restorative summer,

Go Blue,

Bruce A. Mueller, PharmD, FCCP, FASN, FNKF
Interim Dean and Professor of Clinical Pharmacy
