As a mail-order pharmacy located in southeast Michigan, Birdi has partnered with PING to identify, create, and implement novel pharmacy technologies that improve patient care and staff well-being.

PING is working with PioneerRx, a pharmacy dispensing software company, to conduct research and educate pharmacy students about how the use of technology impacts the processing of prescriptions by pharmacy staff.
