MS in Integrated Pharmaceutical Sciences Curriculum
Required Coursework
Take courses in medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences and clinical pharmacy translational science for a multidisciplinary education. A 32-credit program designed to give you access to our three areas of expertise and choose to pursue the track that interests you. A master's through the College prepares you to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare industries, government agencies, or to further your education with a professional or PhD degree.
Take foundational courses and attend weekly scientific seminars, completing coursework in ethics, and choosing from a variety of classes in medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences and clinical pharmacy translational science.
Choose to take more courses in our three tracks or have the option to take courses outside of the College of Pharmacy such as biochem, biomed, biostatistics, cancerbio and more.
Graduate students are required to complete a capstone research project (or approved internship over 14-weeks and is a full-time commitment). Upon completion, students are required to present at our annual symposium and submit a written report and poster.
