Overall Role

The role of the requested technician position is in developing and performing analytical chemistry experiments (mainly sample preparation and mass spectrometry analysis), analytical data storage and analysis, maintenance of analytical instruments (mass spectrometer and HPLC) and functional supervision of graduate and undergraduate researchers regarding use of analytical instruments. The requested technician position will be involved in maintaining a laboratory.
