In the office Monday through Thursday. Working remote on Fridays.
Summary
Provide visible leadership and guidance on College of Pharmacy outreach programs, internal training programs, climate and community, and is responsible for their assessment.
-Work with stakeholders to address climate and community in the College and assess progress
-Provide visible leadership regarding climate and community issues
-Create and oversee pathway programming to support COP goals
-Manage the College's Dedicated Programs and Assessments staff
-Represent the College across campus and to outside organizations and constituent
Overall Role
Provide visable leadership and guidance on issues that pertain to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the College of Pharmacy.
Job Functions
- Work with stakeholders to integrate DEI principles into all College functions and assess progress
- Provide visible leadership regarding DEI issues
- Create and direct pathway programming to support COP DEI goals
- Manage the College's DEI staff
- Represent the College with regard to DEI issues across campus and to outside organizations and constituents
